Within the global implementations of MES in Cherepovets plant, another main step has been successfully obtained with mutual satisfaction between Severstal and Danieli Automation.
Following the successful Go-Live of MES-APS system, designed and installed in the Hot Rolling Mill #1 shop in Cherepovets (Russia), the positive and immediate results obtained after startup have motivated the Severstal Chrepovets Management to congratulate with Danieli Automation Team for the good work and the smart results.

Here follows an excerpt from the letter written by Anton Filipov, Severstal MES Program manager:
“ … on Monday December 4th, 2017, in exact accordance with the agreed schedule, our MES-APS system for HRM-1 shop at Cherepovets went live. The Go-Live was smooth and without major difficulties.
